AMENDMENT – PROMOTION PERIOD EXTENSION

 

Effective October 14, 2025, the Official Rules for the Six Figures Exotics Dodge Charger Giveaway have been amended as follows:

    1.    Extension of Promotion Period:

The Promotion Period, originally scheduled to end on October 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time, is hereby extended.

The Promotion will now end on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

    2.    Reason for Extension:

Due to unexpected account restrictions imposed by Facebook and Instagram that limited visibility and access to the giveaway website, the Sponsor has determined that the promotion was compromised under Section 10 (“Modification / Suspension”).

This extension is made to ensure a fair opportunity for all entrants and to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway.

    3.    Mail-In Entry Adjustments:

Mail-in entries must now be postmarked by October 29, 2025, and received no later than November 4, 2025, to be eligible.

    4.    No Other Changes:

All other terms and conditions of the Official Rules remain unchanged and in full effect.

1. Sponsor: This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Sixfiguresexotics, 225 Portland Ave, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401 (‘Sponsor’). 2. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, household members) are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Section 2A – Statutory Prize Disclosures (Minn. Stat. § 325F.755)

    •    Charges/Fees: Winner is responsible for title transfer, registration, license, insurance, taxes, emissions/inspection, transportation/shipping (if elected), and all other costs to obtain/use the prize. No claim or handling fee is required to receive the prize.

    •    Restrictions: Vehicle includes disconnected emergency lights; reconnection/use on public roads may be unlawful. Vehicle has aftermarket exhaust and a catalytic converter delete; vehicle may not comply with emissions/inspection requirements in certain jurisdictions. Winner is solely responsible for compliance and any required modifications.

3. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on October 29, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device. 4. Box 18184 Minneapolis MN 55418. Each valid mail-in entry will receive 30 entries, equal to the lowest paid entry bundle (“BOOK ME”). LIMIT: One (1) mail-in entry request per person per day, maximum of ten (10) total mail-in requests per person during giveaway. Mail-in entries must be POSTMARKED by October 29, 2025 and RECEIVED by November 4, 2025 to be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected mail-in entries. Combined entries (purchase and mail-in) may not exceed 250 total entries per person. Mail-in entries are treated the same as purchase entries and have the same chance of winning. Winner Selection: On/about October 20, 2025, Drawing conducted by Sponsor or its independent administrator using a computer-generated random selection tool. Sponsor will maintain a drawing record for verification. Odds depend on number of eligible entries. The drawing may be livestreamed/recorded for transparency. 6. Winner Notification and Verification: The potential winner will be notified by email/phone. Winner must respond within 72 hours. Winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9 within 7 days. If the winner does not comply, another may be selected. 7. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: a 2014 Dodge Charger Police Interceptor, modified as described by Sponsor, ARV: $5,000. Prize is awarded “as-is.” If the vehicle is unavailable, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value, or the cash equivalent of the ARV. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if the vehicle becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for registration, license, insurance, taxes, maintenance, and all costs of operating the prize. 7.b Vehicle Specifications: The Grand Prize vehicle includes the following modifications and equipment. Performance Upgrades: Flowmaster headers, Catalytic converter delete, Straight pipe exhaust system, ECU tune, Police Equipment: Vehicle includes aftermarket police lights and related equipment. For safety and compliance, these items will be transferred to the winner disconnected. Winner is solely responsible for ensuring such equipment is not reconnected or used in any reckless or illegal manner. 7.c Pickup Location: Minneapolis, MN. Shipping: If requested by winner, shipping may be arranged at winner’s sole cost and risk. 8. Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes are winner’s responsibility. Winner will receive IRS Form 1099 for fair market value of prize. 9. Publicity: By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor rights to use their name, likeness, voice, hometown, and social media handles for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 10. General Conditions: By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
